In Defense Of NaruSaku - Why It Would Have Worked So Well

I'm a hardcore NaruSaku fan. I like the NaruHina concept, but the way the manga was developed, it would't work at all. Since the beggining till the end, Hinata loves an idea of Naruto. She see him as a simbol of persistance and courage, but unlike Sakura, Hinata know shit about who Naruto is. His flaws, insecurities, traumas. She just empathizes with him. And Naruto wasn't interested in her at all because he believed that Sakura was worth it (until the retcom called the last). And his feelings for Sakura were genuine, selfless and real. It was based on the real her and the kind of growth she provides to him. And Sakura was startintg to see that way too, since she was breaking his stupid obcession by Sasuke and starting to see Naruto as more than just a friend, but as someone essential to her. Her whole emotional arc is about to know what real love is, and her ending with Naruto was the final answer. The way Sakura's perception over Naruto changes is clear. It goes from misunderstanding of who Naruto was to respect and even love. Basically NaruSaku is the only real romantic relationship in the manga and the only one witch had real development. And it reflects the values of the series: persistance, personal growth, value true bonds, believe in the best in people etc. The parallels with MinaKushi just gave them more legitimacy and was completely ignored. And Naruto complimenting Sakura's forehead disguised as Sasuke at ep 3 was thrown away too.

I prefer NaruSaku any day of the week. They worked their asses off to bring Sasuke back. They ride and died for each other. Sad that didn't happen.

@@razkable That actually wasn’t a lie at the time. It was alluded to multiple times like Yamato’s dialogue with Sakura at the Tenchi bridge. Kishi retconned that stuff after the Last movie to make his poorly done ship canon.

narusaku the most basic relationship in fiction main girl and male she hates him for being poor and weak and dumb and outcasted then after the abusive guy leaves her she learns to fall for the loser as he ages and impresses/saves her a bunch and becomes famous..so cliche... naruhina is better because it shows naruto grew/did not miss what was in front of him all along what he wanted was hinata not sakura it shows kishi knew what he was writing all along and it gives a nice mirror for sakura to show how shes like hinata in her own way just sadly simping for a bad guy but still....the way the story plays out it makes no sense to have hinata confess and almost die in the war for naruto just for him to get with sakura....also sakura always loved sasuke period and more..naruto is her brother...thats how she saw him...for once the girl aka hinata get to choose who she ends up with? what a concept

Atleast it's interesting. NaruHina was so forced that people had to rehash and steal some of the moments and backstories of other characters to create the illusion that NaruHina had bonded many times before. Oh and it contradicts so much of canon material and characterizarion of certain characters with those scenes. Ps. Talking about the last movie. Also Neji dying to make NaruHina happen made no sense at all coz I don't see why NaruHina can't happen with him being alive. The only thing that made Hinata a tad bit interesting is her bond with Neji. Which was developed pretty well in og Naruto.

@@happilyevernever4289 narusaku is so cliche and we seen it done better and before in other stories so again if they did end up together in the story we got with no changes it would suck make no sense so kishi would have to have that in mind from jump show the process to get there maybe not have sakua crush on sasuke at all or in shippuden maybe be more in the middle conflicted like rin was and not have hinata as a character in the series or have her crush on naruto then plus my thing with naruto the last is it at least shows us 2 things that naruto grew and chose hinata's needs over his own like an adult showing maturity but staying true to the character of naruto being selfless and the themes of the story since jump which is nice if that's what it means but also him seeing her memories made him get a big revelation that could make him fall for her after not seeing her that way before and it's that she always liked rooted and cared for him and believed in his ideals which can make a person change their affection when you grow up hated like naruto and rejected by your crush...it's humbling to have pure too good for him hinata still like him despite him chasing someone else who liked someone else and have her love be pure and more about the theme of what naruto fulfilling his dream means then her lust

Asmosis Jones this is a dumbass argument. Hinata is not owed Naruto because she was infatuated with him as a kid. Naruto learned of her crush during the Pain fight, but forgot because Hinata’s reckless actions almost awakened the Nine Tales completely and then he had to save the village. Hinata didn’t do any of the work required to have a relationship and the only reason the two ended up with each is because of a genjutsu that did Hinata’s work for her and made Naruto feel guilty for not noticing. That’s not love. The stigma against the main hero and heroine is usually a dumb line of thought because it often results in the main hero ending up with someone they had little interactions with. What should always reign supreme in a romance story is development, allowing the audience to see the characters grow closer over the long haul. The inevitable result is that it’ll often be the main hero and heroine or just the main hero and a woman who has comparable relationship development, but idiots like you always dismiss that because it’s “too predictable.” Here’s a tip. Romance isn’t a murder mystery of “who are they gonna end up with?” If that’s how you view romance why don’t you keep your attention to those vapid shoes with a dozen women and one bachelor? Development is what actually matters in romance. NaruHina folks like yourself are one of the reasons Naruto went downhill. You people decided how the Naruto story should have gone from the very beginning and no matter *what* happened during the story, you all made up your minds. In this point of view, no development throughout the story mattered. Unfortunately, you all got your wish and now copious chapters and panels are nothing more than a waste of time. Good going.

@@razkable Honestly, as a huge fan of NaruHina, I can coniform that NaruSaku makes more sense. NaruSaku is just like IchiRuki (not better then it) NaruHina is just like IchiHime. Why would I bring Bleach in? I wanted to bring up Bleach because the fandom now is burning the manga's because IchiRuki isn't cannon, just as NaruHina is cannon, and NaruSaku isn't, I'm glad they aren't burning Manga's because NaruSaku isn't cannon But, see the diffrence? People obviously hate Sakura because she made fun of Naruto for being an orphan, yeah they still won't get over it. I can coniform that IchiHime is forced, and the fandom wanted Ichiruki. But the fandom didn't NaruSaku. Because they say its "weird" Ok now IchiRuki makes a-lot of sense, and the fandom likes it. It also makes sense for the fandom to dislike NaruSaku, but I just think NaruHina is slightly forced. Hinata's character is just about "N-Naruto-Kun!" Sakura actually cares about Naruto, if you say "oH nO sHe mAdE fUn Of NaRuTo" That was only in the orignal Naruto. Sakura got good character development in Shippuden, she actually cares about Naruto in that. "But dosen't Sakura hit Naruto?" Thats japaneese comedy. And, thats litterally only when Naruto does something pervy, idiotic and reckless. Hitting Naruto when he does something reckless just proves that Sakura actually cares about him. Naruto actually liked Sakura, yes in shippuden too, I know Sakura didn't but as i said this before, Sakura actually cares about him. Hinata likes Naruto in both Shippuden and Naruto, but it jhst dosen't make sense Why? 95% she's on screen is when she's stalking Naruto. Or just say "N-Naruto-Kun!" Only doing that just dosen't make sense for me. I want cute scenes. "But NaruSaku dosen't make sense either" It dosen't? Let me prove you wrong. 1• They both save eachother. 2• Naruto actually came to fight Pain when Sakura screamed his name. "Didn't Hinata save him?" How the hell did she save him bro? All she did is mess up the whole fight. Shikamaru's dad said that no-one should infere between the fight of Naruto and Pain. Yet Hinata didn't care, who does she fight for? N-Naruto Kun!, who does she live for? N-Naruto Kun! Who is her character even made for? N-NARUTO KUN!!! Ok lets continue for NaruSaku. 3• Naruto and Sakura care for eachother. 4• NaruSaku scenes are cuter then NaruHina scenes. 5• Sakura always heals Naruto when he almost dies. 6• Naruto deserved to be with best girl. 7• Sakura confessed her love to Naruto. "Wait, Naruto didn't like her back" Bro even if he didn't, he liked her in the past If that dosen't makes sense, Sakura was actually blushing, blushing in anime means getting embarrsed or having a crush on someone. Why the hell would you think she got embarrsed? She also said she didn't like Sasuke anymore Only the good scenes of NaruHina was in Naruto the last, basically every other scene was shit. NaruSaku scenes are still better. "What about Naruto the last movie" About that, yes Naruto realised Hinata's love for him. But still "cared" for Sakura. Naruto the last is a bad movie in my opinion. Sasuke changed, Naruto suddenly turns into a gentle-men, somehow noticed Hinata walking with SAKURA. Naruto always loved Sakura before, in both Shippuden And about Naruto realising her love for him. That scene was adorable, but as I said earlier, NaruSaku scenes are cuter. Naruto chose Hinata above Sakura, the fandom liked NaruHina better, or probadlly NaruSaku would end up being cannon. Chosing Hinata over Sakura, it just makes 0 sense, so your telling me you always loved a girl, but suddenly chose another girl above her? Hinata did love Naruto, but Sakura is the reason he's alive. A girl that always saved you, cared about you and even confessed her love to you, over a girl that just says your name over-and-over again? It just makes no sense Sorry I just can't let go of NarSaku. It was my whole childhood.

it may have worked if written with that in mind from jump so it eases us to that ending better and thus different then how it played out..the story we got naruhina made more sense...anyone with eyes can see that
