8.86 seconds. The timer in Clipchamp uses : between it's seconds and deciseconds. Some video editor timers use frames per second, which stop at the framerate (24, 30, 60 etc.). Did that answer your question?😄

What combos should I be doing when I’m in red? Besides looking for helmbreaker openings

Good question! I even considered making a segment of the video about it, but scrapped it since there is no one size fits all answer. It really depends on the monster and player skill. Here's what I find is true for me: I'm not really trying to pull off long combos while on red because if I can do a full combo I probably could have used Helm Breaker instead. I will also try to position myself to bait out attacks that are Helm Breaker openings. In terms of "combos" I stick with low commitment attacks. In no particular order these low commitment attacks are: Step Slash, Spirit Blade I, II, Fade Slash, Spirit Jumping Slash, Thrust, and Rising Slash. If you can Foresight consistently you can also spam Spirit Blade I and II (don't Roundslash afterwards or it drains your gauge, use Fade Slash or Thrust). If I know I can ISS an attack, I will use Special Sheathe. Hope that helps!

"Yes". It increases/decreases proportionally to your FPS. Lets say you have 30 i-frames at 60 FPS. If you increase your frame rate to 120, your i-frames double to 60. However, both periods come out to half a second of real time. Lower FPS does not decrease the real time (in seconds) of your i-frame window, but can make it more difficult to actually time your i-frames. This is because very low frame rates can cause your inputs to be delayed by fractions of a second.
