Interesting. I've personally found myself not using crossout at all and just packing the deck full of handtraps in its non-engine slots, but that's me. Curious on why the Armored XYZ package and Abyssocea wasn't discussed, though. I can get why Armored XYZ may not have been discussed, it's just another brick after all. Ocea, on the other hand is how the deck plays through droll. Not sure why that wasn't discussed, at least.

What's the rationale behind no Superancient Deepsea King Coelacanth? I see some lists saying he's a must because he enables lines under droll and shifter, other lists saying he's a brick that requires you to clog your deck up in order to make him workable - which is it? Also I'm loving the mini Kash-engine that gets a free water, I'll be working that into my deck for sure!

41:09 when you’re talking about using levirtue for follow up, I thought it doesn’t detach as cost? You still have plenty of follow up with this in mind but I don’t believe you get to trigger the shadow bodyguards this way.

bro your board can end on one toad more, if you discard de gunde with poseidra to reborn with gunde the spike and use the new equip spell to reborn dragoon again to make a second bahamut then detach dragoon. dragoon searchs then the heavy infantry for a other pop in opp turn. There are much better lines with the one card combo. but nice video anyway

Yeah that was another viable line I had in mind, however that line forgoes equipping mizuchi going into the opponent’s turn. Personally the mizuchi being a faster spell negate has its benefits over another toad. Ultimately, you can tweak as needed

@@GiulianoTCGit can hit super poly as well, plus a million different power spells . It’s always good to layer your disruptions so they don’t all get taken out by one blanket effect.

I have debated it. My problem with Tidal was that it was good sometimes, but often was just an extra body. The deck doesn't have a great dump to make use of Tidal's second effect and very rarely did I need the extra body to make plays. But on the inverse end, I often had Tidal when I didn't have the setup to extend with it and its lack of a the Aqua/Sea Serpent/Fish typing meant I had no good way into it to guarantee its use when I needed it. I could play stream too but that opens up a whole new bag of bricks. In my deck building philosophy, you never want to add bricks to enable bricks. Ultimately, I could have shoved it in, but I wanted to keep deck space at a minimum, which meant choosing to play more effective options in Ran Agerine and Fenrir over it
