Ey yo this video is FANTASTIC! Snappy yet thorough explanations, really clean editing, great pacing! If this is the future of smash university, this is a GREAT sign!

I love when you guys do high effort videos. The hurt box shifting visualization and the frame windows for each input of the slingshot were fantastic.

this editing is so funny to me lol, it's really impressive but it's making me think of a trickshot montage and it's just making me giggle

if your character has better options when facing forward, then it is obviously the better choice. or maybe youre mewtwo and dont want yoiur tail hurtbox to be vulnerable. i found it a random/niche idea as well, but i think it's something that can be used/considered
@Babolat32162 жыл бұрын
It's situational but it'll have you facing your opponent as you land, and that's generally a better position for a lot of characters in a scrap situation
@FGCUniversity2 жыл бұрын
Main thing is changing the way you are facing when you land since most of the time you'll be going into shield after. This makes it so if you have stronger OOS options in front of you if you crossed through your opponent.

This is really useful. Surprisingly I was able to use something after it around 40% as Hero. But I still need work however

Can you really do the cstick no-momentum aerial flick consistently? I tried it and can only get 1/5 on only one side, lol.

No disrespect but have seen Void doing things like falling nair and then uptilt and basically avoid the grab, what I mean is, Sheik framedata is so fast that she can do any move after those safe moves, is like no need for sling shot at all lol

I remember when smash 4 and ultimate players cried about wavedashing in melee being cheating; as well as, other tech in the game. Now ultimate players are grasping for any type of obscure tech they get their little hands on.
