How do you make the mouse cursor appear so the player will know where the mouse is pointing?

Everything is same but the string is not showing up

Oh ok, I'm an idiot! I was setting the hovered actor to selector actor lol. It took me 20 minutes to find the issue, I was so sure I made that correctly! THANKS AGAIN!
