Walter Solek? I remember listening to him on WPPA in Pennsylvania on Sunday afternoons back in the 1950s. My Babci (Granny) made homemade Kiska and Kielbasa along with Pierogi and Potato Pancakes. Oh, how I miss her

What they are making is not Kiska it is kielbassa! Kiska is made with blood, barley and rice! There are 2 kind of kielbassa, fresh and smoked. You can see them hanking it up to be smoked! That is not kiska!!
