According to me the inhouse is like OEM in the agency where you have to promote and work under same kpi and same performance as agency but agency is like outsourcing part where they work with so many OEMs to grow then at single time and talking about experienced surrounding as I know in Indian agency model there are always hire and fire mode as per there requirement so it's nothing like you don't even know the project and there knowledge and now you have to start that project midway and if agency is loosing there grip or not perform well with brand they generally prefer to blame to employ for that who was working in that project in midway without much upper hand of approval (this is much leveraging in inhouse) where you just have to give answer to same person / organisation - this is my perspective in digital marketing sector
