The Qur'an mentions it's obligatory upon parents to give a share in inheritance and wealth to a women even if it is little. When a woman gets a share in inheritance and wealth she can keep all wealth to herself She can spend on herself A woman gets share from her parents property as well as husband's property. In some cases women get double or equal share to a man But when a man gets share in property from his parents He needs to divide that property between his wife and children. According to Islam women can earn a living Kathija RA was a successful entrepreneur Zainab RA had a business of perfume Asma RA was the bread winner in her family Muslim women were involved in trade and agriculture and they used to work inside and outside their home Women at the time of prophet Muhammad peace be upon him were more literate than men When Umar RA was the Caliph he appointed a woman in the market to look at the accounts and corruption in trade When a muslim woman earns it's not obligatory upon her to spend on her family but when a man earns It's obligatory upon him to spend on his wife and children He has to pay for their basic necessities and other expenses He should give monthly allowance to his wife In Islam, it's the man who gives dowry Islam strictly prohibits taking dowry from bride's family. In Islam, the man have to give Mahar Mahar is the right of the woman She can ask anything in Mahar A car, a house, a ring and money In Islam, the male is responsible for bearing all marriage expenses both nikkah and valima expenses The bride's family doesn't have to spend a penny on wedding expenses or dowry

5:19 and 6:00 contradict. In both cases there are no children but at 5:19 women gets double of husband but in 6:00 half of husband. Did i miss something

It is said that if a father has two daughters whatever the father inherites will also be divided into his nephew because he does not has a son. And people confidently says that this is how Islam told us to do. Why do we have to give inheritence of what my father inherited from his father to my cousins if I don't have a brother? Sorry for making messy but I'm losing words out of frustration. it isn't it injustice? This is why a poor father from a small village in Bangladesh will reasonably wish for a son so he doesn't have to distribute his property to his nephew. I'm confused please someone tell me if it the case? Or people just minipulating the verses or they are confused with the law of Bangladesh. I don't know !!!! I'm confused.... My cousins are not my provider nor protector they would not spend a penny on me if I'll get into any trouble.

Sister I just googled the website it's says its just an opinion of the fiqh the daughter receives 2/3 of the wealth check it on Google the relative does not receive it nor his children

Someone misguided me about Islam and really got me to think about converting so I searched about Islam and read the Quran and some hadith and here are a few things I understood after learning about Islam, Prophet Muhammad is the person with the highest moral and is supposed to be the perfect person till the end of the world which you can idolise and the Quran is the guidance Allah provided you till the end of the world but If someone questions the decision of 11 wives or marrying a 6-year-old girl or slavery or sex slavery or giving the permission of beating wives then here are the arguments the scholars will provide you by: 1 - This is the worst one Allah ordered him to marry Aisha and Allah permitted him 11 wives as written in the Quran, this isn't logical this argument just works if you believe it 2 - For slavery - these were the norms back then if he had told everyone to don't make a slave then no one would have followed but at least not they treat them well, haha I think we should laugh at this, so you are saying Muhammad is a normal guy after all he had to adjust himself according to the environment, now ask yourself Muhammad intends to build a cult or to provide you with the truth, it doesn't fucking matter if someone follows him or not he should still tell the truth and be as moral as he can if he is really the messenger… I have also read in a hadith that Muhammad said to one of his wives that you should have gifted that slave to my uncle rather than freeing it, it would have been more rewardful 3 - For Aisha - I don't really have an idea how someone can justify this, marrying a 6-year-old girl some say 9 even if she was 9 doesn't make a difference as he already has lots of wives and he is 53 damn how can you justify this Music is haram Not veiling is haram Dancing is haram Singing is haram Shaking hands with women is haram Movies are haram Taking a picture of yourself is haram but having slaves or having sex with slaves or marrying little girls is not haram, give me a break and also not providing sex if your man asks for it is also haram ( you can't say you are not in the mood otherwise it is haram ) Now some guys will say don’t apply the moral norms or values we have today but why not isn’t this book supposed to be the guide for us till the end of the world
