This audio is horrendous but I love this band from their first two albums. I love these 2 albums and I'm not a fan of death metal, this however is beautiful both "The Shrouded Divine" and "Monolith" They're so melancholic I could cry to it. I Love a dark story and both Shrouded Divine and Monolith are connected telling this tragic story of "Julia". There's a couple characters involved (Father, Mother, Abuser, The Poet and the Lover) I've been trying to piece it together. from what I've obtained/interpreted I've summarized most the songs on this. This interpretation is still in progress. *[The Shrouded Divine]* _Interpreted to be about Julia's abuser._ [Amnesia] ? *[In The Failing Hour]* _Her father (possibly) reflecting on Julia's situation (could be before/after her death) and how easily he could/can overlook the abuse like everyone else and or be too_ _weak and powerless to intervene_ *[By Others Considered]* ? *[Grind Denial]* _Describing Julia's reflection on her self-harm._ *[Art of the Mourning Kind]* ? *[The Black Lodge]* _Describes Julia running away from home after leaving her suicide note to some obscure location to drown herself._ *[Past October Skies (Revisited)]* _Describes Julia committing suicide through drowning in some obscure forest on some October morning._ *[The Smoke]*: _Describes Julia escaping her house at night to meet with her lover who doesn't show. she dreads going back home to where she is abused._ *[A Shade of Plague]* _Tells of Julia being raped, she's afraid of being alone but is lonely because of her abuse._ *[With You Came Silence]* _Tells of Julia's lover Mourning over the loss of Julia after her suicide_ *[Pale Eye Revelation]* _Some older man who may have been in love with Julia (neighbor?) Or Is Julia's father, Describes knowing that Julia was being abused._ _And that he was too weak to do anything to stop the abuse from happening._ *[For You to Know]* _A letter from Julia describing to her lover that she's going to kill herself and it will be too late._
