I cannot explain how much I relate to that kind of anxiety, and the wasted hour before you know you have a commitment! It’s honestly so comforting to know that other people experience that and really we’re not all that different deep down. I’ve been on a big journey of being outside my comfort zone after moving across the country and it’s really been such an eye opening experience.
