The only thing I would have done is grill the tortilla. Or maybe grill the burrito. Flour tortillas taste like raw starch when cold. Warming or grilling the tortilla gelatinizes the starch molecules and it tastes much better. Even better is to get a little char on it.

The longer you leave hot fries in the box the soggier they will get. The heat will cause moisture to evaporate causing steam that is unable to escape. If your driving home with crispy fries leave the container open a little to allow moisture to escape .
