Basically Vsause got it right and this channel wrong. To score this amount of points you need to have a board with particular words on it and filling some characters you score the points. The images in this video are basically wrong, they shouw the word alone, which is not possible to make and would also not score that many points.

Yes, but you can use letters already on the board to fill in the gaps. I admit it's a tall order, but theoretically speaking, that is the word that would net you the most points possible.
