Agr mein bachhon k liye pain lekr kaam krti hun toh my fellow teachers said that you are creating a problem for us... Bcoz when you implement new things in your schools ... Parents of our school also force us to do the samething which we don't know and also don't want to know how to do that.... Aise teachers or hum ek he count ho re hain society me...

Thanks Ms Prasad for sharing your view on teacher education. Here at Brockwood Park, there is a conference organised by our co-principal called "When is Teaching". It is interesting to understand the thinking process involved in arriving at an answer and not concentrate so much on just the right answer
