For me personal still the best cops series ever. Finally have the entire boxset with all seasons in it and have to admit that it takes me back to the lovely 80's where tv most of the time still filled our evenings in stead of computer games etc. Nowaday's tv really stink.

I´m from Sweden and I believe it was in 1986 Miami Vice was on tv here and I was 9 years old. I loved Don Johnson, I even wrote to his fanclub and got his autograph. I was the luckiest girl on earth!

I'm only 23, and just saw the pilot episode when they rebroadcast it cause of the new movie, but it's still haunting. No wonder it became a television classic. I love when Sonny calls his ex wife and asks if what they had was good, I asked my own ex-fiance that, and she said the same thing, it was great.
