Lauren, I completely LOVED this vlog from my yoga mat in a hotel room in Helsinki. My husband has business here this week and you have kept me company while I workout most mornings. Especially fascinating for me is your training journey with Basil as my Jasper is only a few weeks older and is definitely a teenage handful. (But such a good boy just the same.) So a big “kiittos” from Finland!

How weird! I had the exact same encounter the other week when I was in Zara Sloane Square. This man came up to me and said a similar thing…I wonder if it was the same man 😂😂 Anyway love your videos! Also very jealous of basil - he’s soo adorable!! 🥹
