Here’s the thing OP, one thing the Mario & Luigi RPGs never got right was the battle system. In most RPGs, you have to actually plan out your movements and attacks for everything. Mario and Luigi RPGs were sorta like it, but instead you hit a block and get all your special attacks (12 if I remember?) In other RPGs, they have a lot to offer since of how much time the people spent making them, I’m sure Nintendo did take much dedication on this but there will always be a better RPG. But, in the end I LOVED THE HELL OUT OF THIS GAME.

That is something that I have always respected this channel for, is that the remixes always are able to still retain the emotional impact and tempo of the original piece while also being its own unique work. OH. MY. GOD. You *NEED* to play this game. I was never a big fan of RPGs, but this game was an EXTREMELY welcome exception to that. This was literally the greatest game to have ever released on the DS. Even after the 3DS came out with all of its hype in 2011, I was still playing this game nonstop despite the 3DS' revolution with all of its new games, features and technology. Even after getting the 3DS I replayed this game again on it, not caring if it wasn't in 3D. No other RPGs came even close to what this was for me. I still have it on my PC from an emulator to this day.
