Listen up guys. I work for Scottish Ambulance Service in the Highlands and Islands. Weather has hit hard, and in our Whanau. When you go out to say 'We may be a new Team', make sure you don't carry the weight and burden of any Global crisis. You GO out there, and slay the arrogant Irish, because you know how, and you can. I've booked fantastic seats at Twickenham to see you lads slay SA. Always remember the 15 guidelines of NZ Rugby. Silverlake can bog off with their 11% share. Our game in NZ is RUGBY, and we are GLOBALLY respected for it. So, Get out on the pitch, put the ball under the sticks and continue to make NZ Proud. X

Think it might be rotation power to get more speed behind passes but I could be wrong

A lot of things, to be realistic. Triple extension from the left leg, shoulder extension, rotation, right hip flexion with the slight hold at the end, and probably more. Just an all-around athletic drill

Ok lads, you pedal a bike with your quads and hammies, not your shoulders. Let’s put your feet on the bench when doing chest press to avoid arching the Back. Heads up on the dead lifts. Now kick the crap of of the Irish! If you do all that’ll be left is 15 pair of boots.

arching the back on bench press promotes better strength, stability and prevents shoulder impingement. it would be better that the boys prevent shoulder injuries so they actually make it onto the field on saturday lol

They’re days out from a test match here, it’s not about lifting as perfectly as possible, it’s about producing force as quickly as possible. That’s why the whole body is moving slightly more than would be optimal for strength or hypertrophy. They’re training for a rugby match, not a powerlifting meet.
