recently played through the game, everyone talks about how this plays after grovyle’s sacrifice, but the first time you hear it is actually in the future. your partner looks off into the distance. there are bright lights shining out there, and for a moment things don’t seem too grim. until you realize those lights come from the execution sight. your partner is lost and confused, and you tell them that you’ll do everything it takes to get back home. they agree, and as they thank you for your words of encouragement, in the hands of fate plays

Thank you! The music box comes from Omnisphere, an instrument called "Resonant Glockenspiel". Not sure if its worth getting just for one instrument, but it has a huuge library and its an all time favorite
