This holiday season, the cast and crew of In The Heights would like to remind you that dreams come true.

this made me cry... i'm so thankful to you and this musical... i went and saw it on my visit to the city in 08, visiting my abuela on sherman and post that's where she lives. i paid 25 bucks to see the show with 2 of my friends, we got to sit down after the third song or so... i came back to florida and knew more than ever before that i had chosen the right thing in pursuing theatre, that there was a place for me on Broadway... i can't wait to meet you and work with you. Amazing I have been a drumm sub with this show since it was off broadway.I;ve witnessed many times how generous and humble Lin is. He takes each visiting student and encourages them whole heartedly.A school from Atlanta recently did the entire opening nr. in unison for the cast after a show .Lin is teaching these young artists to give outwardly not feed their egos

That kid was amazing, cant believe hes 10, and remembered all the lyrics to the rap, Im 18 and cant even get it, though i dont have the style to really rap, that kid is a true gem, and lin is all the more of a genius and all around good person to let his dream come true.

The beautiful thing about this show is that almost anyone can relate to the mini-stories and emotions, leaving the audience on the edge of their seats, leaving the listeners beveled to their headphones. Even a young kid from New Orleans! So incredibly touching.

It's videos like this that show even in the dark times of so many shows closing there is heart and hope on Broadway. Met Nicholas' Uncle at my local library (while waiting to put the ItH soundtrack on hold) and he told me about this experience... The ItH cast completely ROCKS for giving this amazing gift to Nicholas. No matter where his life takes him, he will always have that moment in time of being "Home" on the stage.
