In the making: First A330neo to TAP Air Portugal

TAP Air Portugal has taken delivery of the world’s first new generation widebody A330neo and, as the launch airline, will be the first to benefit from the aircraft’s unbeatable operating economics, increased range, and Airbus’ new Airspace cabin offering passengers the best in class comfort. It has the same noise footprint as the A350 and 787. Remember, it was a test flight so the engines are at max available power. Additionally, different microphones pick up different frequencies so it may seem noisy but it definitely isn't. The aircraft has also been certified for the newest noise standards in Europe.
