There should be a cherub transformation, collect 3 or more items that charm enemies, give you flying and allow for longer charm durations, and maybe a red heart or two upgrade

Two things I would say: 1) rather than one big reward (10k likes and it goes from 5 victory laps to 10) I might suggest smaller incremental rewards (for every 5k or 6k likes between now and whenever you do the run you increase the number of victory laps by 1) 2) For the angel deal/devil deal change discussed in the OtTD, that could actually be a decent way to balance angel deals and devil deals. Take too may devil deal items and the angels start hunting you down (random chance that they spawn in any room based on how many devil deals you've taken). One secret upside to this is it would make it easier to get the Mega Satan key when you go devil deals. Conversely each angel item you take gives a chance that an angel will spawn to help you when you're at low life (similar to when the polaroid effect activates, but with a low percentage based on how many angel items you've taken or devil deals you've snubbed).

I'd think it would be backwards. the more angel items you take the closer you are to the light so the more satan wants you dead sending more demons after you and vice versa where the closer you are to the dark the more the angels want you dead. the more you take the more you align with one side and against the other.

Day 384 of asking Sin for a Fiend Folio run called Fiendish Firsts! But considering Sin seems to be Fiend Foliod out maybe he can try "Boss Butch" adds a bunch of new bosses who aren't completely unfair and for something very unique try "The future" mod adds a new floor with custom enemies and bosses and the boiler adds a third alternative for dross and downpour again with unique enemies and bosses! Maybe add the stranger mod adds a character that is more than a dozen in one!
