Is there a reason you don’t do delirium after hush? You could use the R key after killing delirium on the first run, second run go for lamb to do a rerun without using R key, third run go for mother, use R key and go for mega Stan.

The wiki says the chance of a void portal spawning after defeating mega stan is 50%, but given the actual success rates i have seen I don’t know how true that number really is. Sinvicta alone has had one pass out of like 12 omega run attempts this year. (Feel free to correct me if necessary as my memory may be a bit fuzzy on those numbers)
