This hour is all about the music. As a child of the 90's I can totally appreciate how special this Grey Daze project is and how chilling it was for Cris to listen to all of Chester's old isolated tracks from back in the day, before he got famous. The tribute by Dave Navarro was so heartfelt. I have to be honest that I wasn't a Linkin Park fan back in the day but I listen with brand new ears after all that happened and all I've learned with Chester's death... not to mention how few bands are actually making real music anymore. I have become a retrospective fan and the lyrics have so much more depth of meaning. This was never emo drivel.... this was a man singing about real life experiences most of us could never stomach. And wow, as it turns out the complexity and power of Grey Daze are even stronger for me as a musician... I've now listened to everything I could find on KZbin. "B12" is incredible. Thank you guys for the introduction, you have a new fan.

@OMAR-vq3yb You don't seem to be too bright. This was Chester's ORIGINAL BAND before he went on to fame and glory with LinkinPark. He was a teenager when he and Sean started GreyDaze in Tempe AZ. And IF you had bothered to listen to the interview, you would know that they were about to go on tour again WITH Chester....he "committed suicide" a month before, despite having recorded NEW songs with them. If you're gonna be negative, get your facts straight. AND FYI: Proceeds from Grey Daze albums go to Chester's kids.

and @OMAR-vq3yb ...bums? Sean Dowdell co-founded Club Tattoo over 25 years ago in Tempe AZ when he and Chester were touring with Grey Daze. Over a decade later, Chester came back into Sean's life and invested a million in seed capital so they could open a shop in Las Vegas. Club Tattoo generates approximately $11 million a year in revenue. There are three Club Tattoos here in Las Vegas now and two in AZ. He doesn't need the money from his Grey Daze tours.
