Have you gotten diagnosed for your stomach issues? If it’s indigestion/heartburn, what helped mine go away completely was Prilosec (over the counter)! My indigestion/heartburn would keep me up all night and at times, it was so bad that I felt like I was dying and would lose so much sleep over it! I hope this helps!

As some people have pointed out - you should really see a naturopath to figure out what foods you should avoid. A lot of the things you're eating are really inflammatory... It might not cure your condition, but it will really ease the symptoms.

Id hate to put this in the universe bt bttr safe than sorry. My coworker dealt w stomach issues for a few yrs and ignored it for a while bt once she finally started lookn for answers, it took a few diff dr visits for her to be diagnosed w stomach cancer! We were all so shocked bt she was stage 4 and passed away. Id say, if you hvnt already, make sure it isnt cancer. My mom is korean and she was recently diagnosed w ulcers bc of our spicy food we eat. Her dr said it was common in asians.
