Why can't you just let us true blue pioneering Brexiteer warriors wallow, knee deep in our delirious happiness that we won our fabulous Brexit and that you lost your freedom of movement, farms, factories, banking institutions, right to protest, NHS, democracy and the enthusiastic European labor force needed to power our economy. Get over it Remoaners. Johnson, well known around the world as a despicable liar, lazy lowlife scumbag and fat scruffy spaffer in chief, is facing the prospect of a “cash for votes” inquiry into why his party used public money to “blackmail” its own MPs. During last week’s row over the long list of Paterson/Johnson sleaze enquiries, the Conservative Party whips office told backbenchers from the "Red Wall" their constituency areas would lose funding if they failed to vote with the government. Now the gimpish cabinet secretary Simon Case is to investigate the allegations - which everyone including all opposition parties, deaf and blind groups and inmates of Strangeways say amounts to yet another gross misuse of public funds and total disregard of parliamentary rules. The clown minister’s spokesarsehole confirmed the reports when questioned about them on Friday while showing complete contempt for Brexit voters, flag wavers and Red Wall constituents. In a letter to Mr Case, Liberal Democrat leader Ed Davey said it has been proven that the government was “consistently threatening to withhold vital investment from communities across the UK, in an effort to blackmail backbenchers into voting in an unconscionable and immoral way. “It is unthinkable that local communities would be punished by having vital funding taken away, just because their deceitful Tory MPs attempt to defend the indefensible. Johnson, regarded widely as a waste of oxygen, said "the Red Wall voters kindly lent me their vote, it is now up to me how I best use it against them, after all, they all say they knew what they were voting for"

@speleokeir3 жыл бұрын
I agree that Russell would be a vast improvement. Although so would a retarded goldfish. To be honest the behaviour of this government doesn't surprise me as Johnson and several other leading Tories all display a large number of the personality traits listed on the Psychopath Test. These include: - A lack of empathy or conscience. - Believing they're 'better' than others. Which is connected to; - Believing the rules/law doesn't apply to them. - Never taking responsibility for their actions. - Superficial charm. Psychaopths are often charismatic and use this as a way to gain people's trust. Which leads on to; - Conning and manipulative behaviour. - Pathological lying. - Irresponsibility. i.e. breaking promises, contracts, treaties, etc. Not completing projects. - Risk taking. - Promiscuity and extra marital affairs (Psychopaths only care about themselves so they don't care if their actions hurt others as long as they get what they want). -Poor control; i.e. Responding to criticism/not getting their own way with irritability, abuse, anger, aggression, etc. Watch Johnson at PMQs and when things get tough he always resorts to public schoolboy insults like a playground bully. It's thought that 1% of the population are psychopaths. Amongst politicians it's 6% (mostly on the extremes, especially the right). And a staggering 25% of CEOs are psychopaths, which explains the behaviour of big corporations. Psychopaths tend to be attracted to positions of power as they have a need for control. And they'll do whatever they think they can get away with to reach the top. The only time a psychopath will do the right thing is if there's a benefit to them. e.g. making them popular, gaining votes, making Personally I think all Ministers should be tested for serious personality disorders before being allowed to take office. In the same way you don't want a pedophile in charge of a bunch of kids you don't want a psychopath in a position of power over other people's lives. We check teachers, etc so why not Ministers? CAT scans on psychopaths show little if any activity in their frontal lobes - (the part of the brain thought to control these things) so that would be a good start, along with being checked by a panel of qualified independent specialists. N.B. Sorry but if Labour ever want to win another election they need to get the center ground. If they don't the Tories will. Being in the center means taking a balanced view on things and there's nothing wrong with that. Personally I have little time for those on either extreme of the political spectrum. A government should be acting in the interests of the whole country, not just one part of society. Sadly neither of the two main parties do this, although to be fair Labour represent a much large section of the population than the Tories who only care about themselves and their donor chums.

I'm just remembering that video Russell did a while back of Boris Johnson debating with Eddie Izzard, and thinking: "Yeah I still don't understand a single word Boris is saying."
@zarakikon63523 жыл бұрын
The difference between them is that Izzard does it for comical reasons and is sane when he's not performing. Boris does it to keep people distracted from his Incompetence and Racist views.

Who GAF about Jaffa Cakes is the VAT man. There’s VAT on biscuits, but none on cakes, bizarrely., so Jaffa Cakes are cheaper than Jaffa Biscuits. Back in the day, McVities baked a cake-sized Jaffa Cake for the VAT man to prove it. Cakes are soft when fresh, but hard when stale, whereas the opposite is true for biscuits.

In 2001, Simon Hoggart wrote this as part of his daily politics sketch... "Boris Johnson, the new MP for Henley and a popular television performer, was at the back of the room. Boris, I hear, had a difficult session last week with Michael Portillo, who told him he had to decide whether he wanted to be a politician or a comedian. This is terribly unfair. Why is Boris the only MP out of 659 who had to make that choice?" So here we are 20 years later... Johnson still hasn't decided (although comedian is looking firm favourite) and I'm not sure whether to blame Portillo or Hoggart for this.
