This guy is a sober sense. Many events of his story to me he was very correct though it's unfortunate enough that it ended up claiming the life. His mistake was to argue with the wife of the deceased whilst the wife was stopping the husband. Up to an extent of pushing her twice. These are very common disputes in the rural homes and I think sometimes these circumstances needs relocation.

Does it really mean that Zim law courts and lawyers do not know what murder is. My understanding is that there are two crucial principles that constitute murder and these are; mens rea which is the mental element of a person committing a crime and actus rues which is the physical element of committing a crime. It therefore follows that if a person knowingly and intentionally plans to kill another person and successfully does so, then that is undoubtedly referred to as murder. On the other hand, if someone has not planned to kill another person but accidentally does so whilst trying to defend himself/herself, that is not murder but manslaughter. I am therefore flabbergasted to hear that someone who was defending himself from being killed by a group of seven thugs is the one who is serving a 15 year prison term. This is utterly ridiculous and unprecedented and clearly proves that there's something wrong with the Zim judicial system hence it's obvious that a bigger number of people that are behind bars are innocent while the real criminals are freely enjoying life out of prison and I absolutely think that something definitely needs to be done in order to rectify this crucial problem.
