That’s Maria Brink and a lot of songs she writes are along this theme.You said In between well they have a OMV The In Between.It was nominated for a Grammy awards this year in the metal category but didn’t win.As for gym workout music this pales in comparison to their Big bad Wolf OMV.Maria Brink is a groundbreaking person who broke into metal music when it was unheard of for women.I could recommend a variety of songs but will leave it to you I don’t think they will disappoint
