This song reminds me of my brother who was my best friend and brother. He passed unexpectedly on Fathers day of this year. From mixing alcohol and heroin together. He was fighting a long battle and I tried helping him. He had so much good in him. He was my hero in many ways, it hurt him to know that it hurt me to see him addicted to bad things. He was only 33. He had his whole life ahead of him and he would have taken the shirt off his back to ANYONE who needed it.He loved this song, I think it touched a place in his heart, RIP Carl, I will always love you and none of us will ever forget your love.

I just lost my 29 yr old Jesse due to covid complications. Which is ironic cuz we took the threat so lightly. He called off work 9/24/2021 because he felt under the weather. He went 9/30/2021 to get tested for Dr note for work. I flew down to Reno Nevada on 10/3/2021 drove him to WA. Got home at 8pm on the 4th and 24 hrs later he was dead. I'm thankful that I went and brought my boy home so he wouldn't die in a cheap hotel alone. He was there for work. The Dr's said there was nothing that could be done. He had blood clots in his lungs. He was basically dead days before we got him here but he wanted too be home and he held on till he got here. Gone but never forgotten. I love you Jesse and my heart is broken. Fly high son.
