You could always try deadman's plate and Randuin's Omen on Cho'gath. Most of the meta adc items are crit so Randuin gives a huge benefit to reducing crit damage and deadmans and randuin's active can keep you on top of people. I used to run the old removed item Righteous glory in my Nasus builds about 90% of the time. This combo can kind of emulate that item. I'm just upset they took Ingenious hunter out of the Keystone line up. some champs depended on that item cooldown reduction for various play styles and also making up that gap in the lack of tuning in some old champs to make them match up to the newer ones and I feel Riot makes a lot of unfortunate mistakes in some of their decisions with this lately.

gragas literally gets outplayed by the practice tool AI that was the worst gragas i have ever seen in my life. you can come back from a single death, he stays too long in lane doing nothing with no mana he had time to recall and he was totally tilted. "when he almost had you and he got ganked" you literally stayed there knowingly you were taking a risk most good players can factor walk back time in their head when going under turret. Amumu just happened to notice the guy down kills and farm was being aggressive and intervened that wasn't planned. I have bad players do this to me all the time in mid when im playing an assassin like Diana who have no idea you can combo kill just about anyone without magic resist in less than 5 seconds. either hiding under their tower with like 5% health doing some stupid things when I have my E up or trying to fight me under my tower when they mad or cocky and i can shield stun and kill them with only having a quarter of my hp the moment my cooldowns line up. in Ranked i place pretty mid because i make mistakes too alot of them but this guy playing Gragas is like negative iron casual in skill i could tell just from his first few minutes of play. The hardest part of league is not letting your emotions get the better of your judgement. this guy was full tilt after the first kill and he showed no cautionary respect to his opponent. I don't play ranked anymore literally because elo climbing from that cesspool of skill gap is literally the worst part, either you play a carry and do all the work or play a 40+ minute game and still do most of the work.
