I fly right and climb to 30k ft and hit Mach 1.6 then shoot two AMRAAM, crank left or right depending on how the game is flowing, then clean up from there 👍 rinse and repeat

Lately in top tier, the only thing I can predict is that a Fakour 90 would somehow appear right over me before I have time to even get a mark on my radar to fire my AIM-120s if I climb up, or that one will find me the moment I rise over 60m if I go low. I'm nearly perfecting the art of flying bellow 50m if terrainand trees allow. Sincerely, whenever an F-14A IRAF is on the match, it sucks playing as an American main. And there are a lot of them. Even at slightly lower BR, playing with the Brazilian A-1A AMX I've finally got on the Brazilian Independence Day Promo, sometimes it gets the F-14As, and if the AMX isn't so good at flying on the deck, I would have a way harder time, I already have to much trouble with the lack of speed to compete with F-4s, AJ-37s and other Supersonic ground pounders taking all the bases. At least I can always count on the MAA-1 Piranha to get a couple AA kills.

I agree... I get better results when I go right where all the top tiers go to at the start. It like high risk high reward kind of thing.

People underestimate flying high and controlling the early match from altitude. Easier to notch, easier to bvr. If done right you can get enough kills on people flying low left in a pack that the match will snowball. Only prerequisite is having enough countermeasures.

Most importantly is you can't perfectly multipath a missile coming in from 60 plus degrees above your nose straight ahead it just proxy fuses on you.

I almost always fire off an early amraam or r77 to get the enemy players to start going defensive. I know my missle isnt going to hit when i fire it 30miles(about 50km) out. But it does cause the enemies to start pulling hard left since everyone goes left, and puts me at an advantage.

I went right a lot, but it's often rough especially if you are in planes that don't get long range Fox 3s and there is no heavy cover

I have an odd playstyle, I immensely hate being 3rd partied during fights so in the fox2, fox 1 era BR's I fly passive looking to pounce on isolated jets, but if the team starts getting wiped I RTB asap. But with the FOX 3 BR's that playstyle is no longer possible since everyone is using tws and they will just find you.

Good technique but if the guy is not stupid he can dodge all your PL12 which remain way too sensitive to the chff... I shot a PL12 at 5 km at an player and he managed to lure him quite easily, he turned 90 degrees swung 2 chff of big caliber and it was over... I lost the radar lock but especially the PL12 loses it too... An aim7m/27er in this situation will continue to follow the target, sometimes fox 1 are more dangerous than fox 3 and especially at close range.

I cant go agressive in my f4f ice since its flight performance sucks and it has no hmd. Normally, i just sling my amraams from long range, notch, chaff and go cold. Then i use my aim 9l/is to finish of remaining enemies if my team is winning.

Terrible advice lol... Instead let your team commit like the idiots they usually are while you stay a bit back for easy kills on ppl that havent spotted you yet and/or are too focused fighting your teammates. It as always been like that. From reserve to top tier since the game was created. Your team is little more than meatbags and cannon fodder

Is the iriaf F14 nerfed? I was constantly getting 3-2 kills per game before the update. But now the radar in ACM can't lock anything properly. Enemy will be flying at a high altitude above me and the radar will still lose the lock after I shoot my r27 or aim7.

Are you using SRC mode to use your semi actives? If anything the IRIAF was buffed. The fakour and the sedjeel are incredible missiles now

@rihadalif Then your using the wrong radar modes, Head on your supposed to use the HDN modes and only use ACM close (
