📋 INGREDIENTS:
For the cabbage rolls:
• 1 large white cabbage
• 90 g (½ cup) green or brown lentils
• 100 g (½ cup) cooked rice or Quinoa
• 1 onion, finely diced
• 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
• 1 carrot
• 1 tbsp tomato paste
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tsp dried thyme
• 1 tsp paprika
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 tbsp olive oil
For the sauce:
• 1 can chopped tomatoes (390 g - 400 g, approx. 14 oz)
• 1 onion, diced
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp dried thyme
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 200 ml (¾ cup) vegetable stock
