I don't feel the NFL ever gave Tim Tebow a fair shot at playing quarterback as badly as they need his talent on so many teams I am sure he would qualify to play still today!!

Tim Platt I think he is a great football player and leader but he just isn't what a lot of teams need in a quarterback which is consistently throw for 200 - 300 yards per game and attempt 25 - 35 pass per game

@@squarecracker don’t under estimate TN talent on defense at that time. If Mullen was so good, why did Gators fire him in 2021?

@@MrHillccs He was a very good OC, nobody denies that. Adazzio is absolute garbage as an OC and HC. Mullen couldn't recruit, played players by seniority, and wouldn't get rid of bad coordinators----but as an OC he wasn't responsible for any of these things. He was the OC the year before when we were routinely scoring 50 points per game with basically the same squad (minus Harvin). Florida underperformed on offense all year in 2009 despite one of the most talented offenses EVER. GOAT QB, all pro OL, NFL receivers, and 4 backs that could run a 4.2. We got beat by Ark but the refs gave us the game. Then Alabama completely exposed the Gators and we still haven't recovered. Our RB's were tiny, super fast guys. This was one of their better games as you see a lot of option pitches that worked, but Adazzio's favorite play was Demps or Rainey up the middle.

For all you Gator fans. TN had a huge gap in talent. This is reason they won. Remember they were going to beat Vols by 50. This actually was the game that gave NFL coaches exactly why Tebow would never be an NFL star.
