Actually, everything moves through space at massive speeds, starting with our planet, then our solar system, then our galaxy. Check out the speeds: 1000 MPH at the Earth Equator; 66,667 MPH the speed of Planet Earth orbiting the Sun (yeah I know, if we were 1 MPH slower we could have had a perfect 66, 666, oh well); The Sun moving through the Galaxy at 45, 000 MPH, but also "up" relative to our galactic disc at about 15, 700 MPH; 550, 000 MPH as a Solar System. Add that up. I'm not gonna mention the speed of our Milky Way through space comparative to other galaxies because that's bonkers speeds. ARE YOU FEELING DIZZY YET?!

The theory of relativity says that an object at constant speed is also not in motion. You can be moving according to its reference frame while it is stopped, or it is moving in your reference frame while you are stopped. Doing the math to shift from one reference frame to a different reference frame does something neat. When you switch from not moving in your reference frame to moving in another, the math shows that some of your mass is lost and is now kinetic energy instead. Energy is all the same. Its reference frames and wave function collapse that determines how you perceive it. The mass in one reference frame is movement in another.

Very clever post Nimisha, but you are talking like you live in a Disney movie (Enchanted comes to mind!). Everything eats everything else, life in the wild is (and was) full of predators and prey, from microscopic to the huge dinosaurs & reptiles. Survival of the fittest, not catered to. I see a lot of reasons why I would like to escape it, our destructive financial slave system being the most one. But I also believe our souls get recycled over and over, which i have been doing a lot of research on, and I want to escape from that too!! :) - Always keep this in the back of your mind: When you do die, you will go to the loving light and have your life review. "They" will try to convince you that you have to come back here again to learn something or pay back for something you did. Remember that you do NOT have to come back here, we are powerful souls when we die, and we do not have to reincarnate back here on Earth (But the beings we are on the other side (your guides) will try (very hard) to convince you that you need to). (If you want to know about where we go, read Dr. Michael Newtons work, lots of vids on youtube.). Personally, I am going to find a nice intelligently controlled planet to come back to from here on in. ;)

That statement that 'objects in the universe don't like to move" is a reference to inertia, but this is only true when we look at the scale of dense compacted carbon molecules. But when we look deeper into the quantum field, we find that sub-atomic particles actually don't like standing still. The restless velocities of the electron and the proton are in a charged particle field, and now we know that their component particles such as muons, nuons, neutrinos, tartans, etc. are busy indeed and their very motion seems to delineate form and time. There is likely a relationship here to gravity and how it behaves in deep space. So it is only SOME objects on a particular scale that are not part of a charged field that don't like to move, Lol!!

The devastation on the bird’s face because it couldn’t afford the trip is too true 😂. What if we used balloons to get to a decent height to then start launch/gravity break. Big fan so I would definitely watch this episode.
@Tjalve702 жыл бұрын
As far as I have understood, it's not the height that is the biggest energy cost. It's the speed. So launching from Mount Everest or from a balloon, isn't going to save very much fuel due to the height. However, I'm guessing it might save some fuel due to the lower air resistance. However, we are able to launch from the ground. And I guess the added complications of launching from Mount Everest or a balloon, just isn't going to be worth it. If we had had slightly higher gravity, or slightly higher air pressure, leading to slightly higher air resistance, then maybe it would have been worth it to launch from higher up.
@Callummullans2 жыл бұрын
@@Tjalve70 Do you know why it has to be such a speed? I don’t fully understand it but I thought the speed was just to get to a certain distance using velocity so it’s less work from fuel.
@Tjalve702 жыл бұрын
@@Callummullans Yes, I understand why it has to be such a speed. I don't know how to calculate which speed it has to be, but I do understand why it has to be such a speed. As the object is moving forward, it is falling down due to gravity. However, due to its forward motion, the ground is also "moving away", since the Earth is a sphere. And so the necessary speed for the object, is a speed where the downwards acceleration matches the rate in which the ground is "moving away" due to curvature. This is probably not a very good explanation. But if you watch the video again, it WILL explain why such a speed is required.

Earth is completely fine for what humans are doing today; however there are many problems with our little rock. one of those problems is food production: we have nowhere left where we can grow more food, and sometime in the near future we will need to leave to produce more food. Then there is the big problem with the fact that our entire population is on just one rock and could be wiped out over night with a powerful enough impact, which would be the end of our primitive species when we could leave. With all of that said I am very glad that not everyone shares your mentality.
