Inauguration Ceremony of Symbiosis International University Dubai campus on 14th November, 2024

A momentous occasion marked the inauguration of the Symbiosis International University (SIU) Dubai campus on November 14, 2024. The event was graced by the presence of esteemed dignitaries, including His Excellency Sheikh Nahayan Mabarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence of the United Arab Emirates, and Dr. S. Jaishankar, the External Affairs Minister of the Government of India.
Prof. (Dr.) S.B. Mujumdar, the visionary founder of Symbiosis and Chancellor of SIU, presided over the inauguration ceremony. Dr. Vidya Yeravdekar, Pro Chancellor, and Dr. Ramakrishnan Raman, Vice Chancellor, were also present to witness this historic milestone.
The inauguration of the Dubai campus signifies a significant step forward for SIU, expanding its global footprint and offering world-class education to students in the Middle East. This new campus is poised to become a hub of academic excellence, cultural exchange, and innovation. By establishing a presence in Dubai, SIU aims to contribute to the UAE's vision of becoming a global knowledge hub. The campus will offer a diverse range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs, in Management, Technology and Media & Communication.
