How do you get the keys to the rooms with the lvl 99 teams while using citra?

Find a save file that already has them unlocked. Or use a save editor if you're on PC (you can do either on PC, but only the save file for mobile). Either way, I don't think there's a legitimate way of getting them through an emulator that isn't borderline cheating because to get them legitimately you have to connect to the Nintendo wifi using your Nintendo 3DS. If you don't have a 3ds, you can't connect to wifi to be able to buy these keys. 2 years late, I know?
