For a second I thought Felis using Cupid’s Arrow was a glitch but then I realised that Galaxy made it a longshot lol (It does happen, Lv99 Jack did a normal shot on me from his own half and it treated it as a longshot lol)

I suppose the evolved moves are not that weird. Fei was able to use his evolved mixi max move in the anime. So in that sense it's not too odd that these mixi max moves have +2 or such.
