I love how DBZ Kakarot does keep in mind that the player can revive frieza via the namekian dragon balls, and as such, is able to be revived by Earth's dragon balls for a second time. I won't lie, I would REALLY love to see a version of this game where your actions with the side missions including villain revivals do affect story points. I mean, I would love to see Nappa and Raditz join the Z fighters... and I bet Tien would call dibs for beating Nappa into shape

Technically, he was revived (in canon) at the end of the Tournament of Power as a reward from Beerus (originally a promise from Goku) for helping Universe 7 win the tournament. But yeah, this second revival happened much earlier than expected.
