Incarcerated Son Tells Mom to Go to IslamInSpanish

New shahadahs may seem like a common occurrence at IslamInSpanish but we see it as a major blessing each time. It doesn't get old! Witness the tears of joy for a mom who's son invited her to a Spanish speaking masjid.
Sister Maria has a son who converted to Islam in prison and had been discussing the faith with her, which sparked the sister to visit and learn more for herself. The problem was that there was no one she could comfortably talk to about Islam in the Spanish language.
For 3 or 4 years she was in this predicament until one night she work up restless at 3:00am and Google searched for a nearby Spanish speaking mosque and found the IslamInSpanish Dallas Outreach Center.
After making a phone call to the Outreach Center, she visited and shortly thereafter took her Shahada which we captured on video!
Please make dua for Maria and her son as it is a beautiful blessing that through tough circumstances they found the light of Islam.

Los nuevos shahadahs pueden parecer una ocurrencia común en IslamInSpanish, pero lo vemos como una gran bendición cada vez. ¡No envejece! Sea testigo de las lágrimas de alegría por una madre cuyo hijo la invitó a una mezquita hispanohablante.
La hermana María tiene un hijo que se convirtió al Islam en prisión y había estado discutiendo la fe con ella, lo que provocó que la hermana la visitara y aprendiera más por sí misma. El problema era que no había nadie con quien pudiera hablar cómodamente sobre el Islam en español.
Durante 3 o 4 años estuvo en esta situación hasta que una noche trabajó inquieta a las 3:00 a.m. y Google buscó una mezquita de habla hispana cercana y encontró el Centro de Extensión IslamInSpanish Dallas.
Después de hacer una llamada telefónica al Centro de Alcance, ella visitó y poco después tomó su Shahada que capturamos en video.
Haz dua para María y su hijo, ya que es una hermosa bendición que, a través de circunstancias difíciles, encontraron la luz del Islam.

@ Every point you've made is wrong and misinterpreted. Surah at-tawbah is about fighting back against those who oppressed the muslims and it's well known. But most importantly, for anyone reading your comment, you said : 2. Surah at-Tawbah (9) aya 29 - says Kill the christians who Do Not believe in Allah. This is wrong.. the correct translation is : [Fight those who do not believe in Allah or in the last day...] The word is fight not kill, and there is no christians mentioned. If you simply made a mistake no problem, it happens, and I'm sorry if you've been mistreated in anyway. Note: every Arab, whether he is a Muslim Christian Jew Athiest etc... Says the word Allah when talking about God (it is the arabic term of 'The One and Only God'. So this whole moon god thing is nonsense. Don't believe what's mentioned on anti-islam sites.
