I feel like the incarnon form deals especially well with steel path acolytes. My go to gun for any level cap mission.

I would say that Double Tap should still be fine for Incarnon form, if you still mean to get direct hits with the initial contact and not treat the Incarnon Latron as though it were the Zarr.

Maybe I missed it, but does he touch on why he went with Primary Frostbite over Primary Merciless?

He does this for almost every gun that can equip that arcane. The buffs that Primary frostbite gives is miles better than Primary Merciless if you can proc cold, so instead of doing cold damage with his actual gun he outsources the cold status “priming” to his sentinel, the diriga with a very specific setup. It allows him to passively get the crit damage and multishot stacks from frostbite without needing to waste mods. He talks about it around 9:58

I love this weapon and its flashy bouncy red crits. It just annihilates entire rooms. Firing Latron Prime is basically an extinction level event.

prime is still better than wraith, wraith only gets more crit evo because its lower base crit, and it still is worse status and damage

This video came at a convenient time lol. Just got a riven for it & after 9 rolls it came to 220.6%CC 175.5%CD. I don't own the gun so maybe the riven disposition will buff the stats, but should I go for the prime version or normal? I'll have to wait since I don't own the Incarnon Genesis, but I'll gladly like this vid to save for later. I'll try this build & make my own with blast since it seems like an interesting idea.

@Domestic_Devil Put it on prime, there's no reason to put incarnon on the regular version other than just to have it.

How does the Punch through work on this weapon? I have a riven with a punch through and I am wondering if it has any interaction.

Punch through behaves very strangely/inconsistently with both beams and bouncing projectiles. According to the wiki, punch through has no effect on the Latron Incarnon form's projectiles (bouncing balls) but it could still be a stat worth keeping for the non-incarnon firing mode.

Latron Incarnon is more fun than Torid Incarnon, but I still prefer nuking SP levelcap with (Tenet) Convectrix and Kuva Nukor. Already got powerfull stat sticks, no reason to use silver branches.

I was getting the buff from my companion personally (standard wyrm setup with a corrosive/cold verglas edit: note that the fire rate buff from wyrm gets nullified by semi-rifle cannonade). You can see him getting the stacks in the top right, its the icon with the x40 icon.

I personally don't like the weapon. It's inconsistent. Sometimes it only hits enemies once. Sometimes it bounces to another enemy. But always... ALWAYS bounces like 4 times against the wall afterwards. In closed spaces this rapes my ears with constant bouncing sounds. Constantly and pointlessly. It hits enemies and then just bounces on the walls making awful bounce noises. It's God awful to use this weapon. Also a lot of these incarnon weapons are terrible to charge outside of Steel Path. Even just normal enemies at level 80 will take a long time to charge. It's not as bad as the Incarnon Strun. Good luck charging that vs anything other than Steel Path heavy gunners.

It's best to use the incarnon mode kinda like an arca plasmor where you shoot it below enemies feet instead of directing shooting at them

@@0Rosanna I do that. It doesn't make the weapon more usable. The fixed 4x bounce afterwards really kills the weapon for me. It should stop bouncing after hitting two enemies, not just keep bouncing.
