Mam agr labour apna kaam 20 hours me khtm krta to use 40 rupees milte Or usne 16 hours me kaam khtm krne pr sirf 36 rs kamae to use fyda kuch ni hua I think the calculation should be 2×20+(2×4÷2) =40+(8÷2) =40+4 =44

mam, if worker takes full standard time i,e 20 hours to complete his work then he will going to earn more as compare to saving the time, so why the worker wants incentive which is less than his actual earning?( in 1st numerical)

The standard time allowed for the job is 50 hours. The hourly rate of guaranteed wages is Rs. 2.00. Because of saving in time a worker X gets an hourly wage of Rs. 2.50 under Rowan Premium bonus System. For the same saving in time, calculate the hourly rate of wages a worker X will get under Halsey Premium Bonus system.

Hi ma'am I am prakash Bisht I am from Uttarakhand but currently I am living in Delhi and I am doing b.com from Sol ..you are very helpful for me because I am also doing a private job.. sorry for inconvenience ma'am but I have some doubt as your halsay incentive plan numerical no.1 Total time fixed -20 hours Time taken by labour 16 hours and hourly rate is 2 rupees per hour right.. so when we will give as per halsay incentive plan so his payment will only 32+4=36 right If labour will do work on fixed time as 20 hours so he will get 40 rupees as per hourly rate decided.. so please I think if we are giving halsay incentive plan so he will get 44 rupees because we are giving 20×2=40 + incentive will 4 rupees so it's will 44 rupees so please ma'am i request you... solve my doubt.. please

Madam there is a separate formula or criteria for Taylor's Differential piece rate system . For efficient worker :120% of normal piece rate and for inefficient worker : 80% of normal piece rate. (according to our CU text book)

Standard time will be given in the question if not given then question will be something like standard time is twice of actual time or more than 6 hours or whatever then u can calculate simple if actual time is 8 hours and standard time is twice then standard time is 16 hours and if standard time is 6 hours more than actual time then standard time is 14 hours don’t worry u will calculate
