Thank you for watching to be fair the days haven’t been bad talking to plenty of people and hanging out with friends it’s just in terms of ride availability, I think if you were a non Merlin pass-holder you’d be pretty annoyed with the offering. Tiger rock was great that boat got pretty close 🤣. The only way is up for theme parks now 😂

Hey guys! Great updates and videos! Thank you! In regards to RAP passes thanks for your info ...I often take a group of disabled adults to the merlin parks and I am concerned with the digital app and how these things are changing, I much prefer the paper card system. At Christmas we did legoland and had big issues with the digital RAP pass which caused my group big issues, do you think k they will improve how this works and have you had any correspondence with merlin about this? Thank you guys and congratulations with your increased subs! Great job! X

Hi, i much prefer the paper system too! It’s makes for a much better day without having to worry about phone battery and internet. Unfortunately I can’t see them going back to paper where digital is in place. Weve not spoken to Merlin about this as they won’t listen to just us. I would suggest giving Chessington an email and explaining your struggle they may be able to suggest something.

I've booked for my group to visit thorpe in a few weeks, I've pre booked the rap passes, do you know....do I still need to pop into guest services to pick up a paper sign off card or is the barcode on the pre book rap pass? I'm so confused 😕 thanks so much for your time and help- Katie:-)

@@katiewaller3154 no worries! And yes in terms of how ride access work on the day nothing has changed :) you still collect a time card from the accessibility kiosk at the park entrance or at guest services :)
