This piece is...oddly on point? The poem at the end is really the only way I can describe this, it feels exactly like what the poem describes. I mean, I know that's the point, but it's still a wonderful feeling and quite odd that such a ludicrously specific feeling could be captured in a song.

when it's done live, the performer doesn't do any looping (too unreliable) and uses prerecorded audio files that come with the max patch.

I like the shimmering detuning created by the microtones. Are the arrows for eighth tones?

They are detuned exactly 31 cents, the equivalent of the 7th partial of the overtones series
