Excellent seminar…is gratifying to see the RNAi drug Inclisiran having a real- world impact. Hopefully the word will get out, and the uptake will be even better. It is also positive for cardiovascular disease prevention/ treatment that RNAi drugs for both LPa and high TGs are currently in the clinic and if they are eventually authorized, CV patients with these problems may have treatment options in the future.

I think this is a great video but most of it has gone over my head. I suffer from Familial Hypercholesterolaemia, I'm male, 61 years old. I take 40mg Atorvastatin and 10mg Ezetemibe daily. My last readings were Total Cholesterol 5.5, HDL 1.26 non HDL 4.2. My cholesterol clinic have asked me if I would like to go on Inclisiran but I don't know what to do. I have an issue with RNA vaccines since the Covid Vaccine harms and I'm really not that confident there won't be any long term effect from taking Inclisiran. Initiall before I went on meds in my teens my total Cholesterol was 11.8. Should I keep taking the pills or try this vaccine? Many thanks.
