Not only insightful but also provides a perspective that we designers sometimes ignore. Thanks😊

A very informative conference! Thank you for sharing! Your presentation gives a good overview about sign language and the deaf community and is basic knowledge everyone should have. I am currently learning about how museums and galleries can get more inclusive. I am sure every industry (profit or non-profit) can learn from you.

Definitely creating interactive content has specific requirements for everyone, a good UX takes in to account too many details in the walk through an try to cover all people needs, if you focus on the "apparently" little things you catch an even bigger audience

For Deaf people and second language users? Please, I'm a hearing, native English speaker who's a better-than-average reader, and *I* find walls of text frustrating to read. And the fact that almost nobody is patient and diligent enough to carefully read all the onscreen Terms of Service is an ongoing joke. IOW, you're right, websites should be made more user-friendly and easier to navigate. :-)

Great video. It would be great if the captions would be edited with punctuation to make it easier to read. Thanks!
