This is one of the best bands in the world, there was a band called switch in the 80's who switched played instruments in the band. Bluey is excellent he has the best singers and musicians assembled at all times. i found them in 2005, wish i found them earlier.

It's a strange phenomenon that Jazz funk, invented in the US, has endured in terms of popularity in Europe better than in your country (it's also incredibly popular in Japan too). I've no idea why that is but as a Brit, I feel thankful that we have bands like this. I've just booked to go and see them at Ronnie Scotts in February and I cannot wait. If you haven't done so, also check out the James Taylor Quartet (UK), Mezzoforte (Iceland) and The Jazz Invaders (Netherlands).
