Namaskaram, i am having acute Retinal problem and my left eye Vision is more than 80 per cent damaged. Can my son claim 1.25 lacs under sec 80 Dd . He is a tax payer and is at the highest tax slab. At his office, they are asking my son to submit form 10-IA to claim the deduction.
