This went exactly the way I hoped it would go. It was fun, full of personality, and not the messy interview most were expecting of her. Hearing her admit her own shortcomings and learning from them and continuing to learn from them, shows she's more than what fans made of her and all too quick to sip tea about. Yes, you can tell there was more she was going to say, but was mature enough to keep it cute and I'm glad she did that. She's still young, so mistakes will be made, that can be anybody in this life. But she just proved she will be fine and will excel in whatever she chooses to do in life. Great interview.

I met Jada in the housing office at ASU in 2018. (The housing director, HINES, was at AAMU prior too & AAMU Alum). I didn't know who she was, but her persona was AWESOME and she was talking to Hines about trying out. Me: Who do you dance for? Her: I use to be a Stingette. Me: You're THAT Jada? 🤣🤣 Soo glad she tried out!

Her energy is so infectious. You can tell she really loves the organization. She definitely is pure stingette to me, although I could see her being a J Sette too. This is random but she actually one of a few dancers who post pics of her time as a stingette, and seems to be proud of being apart of a team. Not saying you have too, just something I noticed. I honestly never understood some of the hate that Jada received lol. I know there were plenty of ppl that loved her as well but the ppl that didn’t like her really confused me. To me she always came off as a really cool down to earth girl but maybe y’all know something I didn’t lol. But I enjoyed this interview of her. I also enjoyed her time as a stingette. She’s literally the prototype for the stingettes. Clean, powerful, just a great dancer. Love her definitely gonna miss her. I loved this interview! Jada you were a phenomenal Stingette. I am in my forties and a former a HBCU dancer. I love seeing young ladies that love to dance as much as I do. You personified the Stingette style. Continue to reach for the stars. I had to crab twice as a 14K in the 90's that was unheard of back then. Trust me I get what you went through. Furthermore, Jada never stopped Janae from doing anything and their alleged beef never stopped them from putting on fantastic performances. The 2019 /2020 Stingettes are incomparable and legendary perfection despite or because of their little bit of drama. Janae and Jada have both moved on so you need to let it go. I never understood those comments about her looking angry and mean and even if she was it doesn't matter now because she gave Stingettes fans great memories. She does not have to be mean to be successful because that is the narrative used to describe successful intimidating Black women. She will figure out her emotional triggers which will increase her emotional strength and emotional intelligence making her more calculating and less reactionary which comes with experience and maturity.
