It was so refreshing to hear that she is still such a big fan of the Stingettes, even after her tenure. I really came to know and love this team after binge watching the 2019-2020 season that was captained by Janae. I love your interviews with former members, but I found that most of them, especially when asked about this particular 2019 season, would be like pulling teeth to give them their deserved accolades. I also loved that Ms. Mitchell included a great mix of some seasoned Stingettes and some relative newcomers to her fantasy squad. Kudos to her for not only appreciating the women that came before her and alongside her, but for also appreciating those who came after her. Thanks for a great interview!

But the whole Janae and Jada fiasco really hurt the brand and I think that’s where that comes from with the older heads. Because regardless if someone on the team didn’t like one another, we should’ve never known.

@@gotohell7338 Their drama did NOT hurt the Stingettes because they rose above the drama and smashed SWAC to smithereens. The 2019-2020 Stingettes garnered fans of other SWAC Squads and fans from all over the world. I wouldn't care if they punched each other in the face in Macy's window no one could touch them. Furthermore, people need to calm down, stop being judgmental and acting like they never had their own ratchet moments. Janae was chosen as Stingettes Captain then leadership harrassed, bullied and betrayed her confidence out of jealousy and hypocrisy. Jada's issues were rooted in management's poor judgement and treachery but became beef with Janae. They brought drama, excellence and raised the bar and we will not see the likes of the 2019-2020 Sensational Stingettes for years to come.

The fact that she said outside of the media drama, they still brought that fire! She along with Sha’Diamond were humble and honest enough to give Jada and janay a spot on their all star team ❤️ showed respect for two beast mode dancers, that’s what true sisters do.

@@nottoomuch87 actually that’s not true! Janae said on one of her lives when asked about an all-star team she actually included Jada. The drama had nothing to do with Jada’s ability to be a beast of a dancer.

Cuz they know those two are not to be played with (Jhene and Jada). The same with Brianni and Nyah most of the vets look at those girls and see old school stingette. Not to mention their height and bodies are more womanly and mature like old school stingettes. A few vets have said on Morgan's interviews that for the most part they miss that sexy adult stingette esq. But like every team there was this 2015-2020 fun size athletic technical dancer body type "look" everyone team wanted for a while. So I see what a lot of ppl mean by that.

I love Mitchell chile. Epitome of stingette. The thing I love about a dancer is when they look like they are having so much fun or the time of their life. She sometimes looks like she is laughing, and she exudes so much energy. That's why she is one of my top 3 fav stingettes of all time, no joking..believe that!

First! Shout out to the 334Stingettes! Deneshia McCall also attended GW Carver High School (My Alma Mater)! Chelsea always reminded me of Betts! Betts' persona was always so subtle, but her swag made her Legendary, just like Chelsea! #FunFact The dance teacher/coordinator at CARVER, Joyce Johnson, was a Stingette coordinator when Lisa Porter, and I think Bridgette Williams, was on the team. She's "ole skool", but I can imagine how many more girls would make the team if they really adopted the Stingette style.
