I think this one needs a part 2 Trevor. There is a lot of wisdom to be tapped around modeling and managing a business in volatile times, the difference between the 2008 shortages and 2019 where shops were full but prices changing a lot. The impact of perception in the market and a lot more

Mr Willard V Zireva is a man I grew up reading about in company annual reports and of course in the papers. Its improbable that I might get to meet him in person and that makes this opportunity to have him speak on his first hand experiences in business all the more significant and important to me being a budding professional and businessman myself. Having him on your show is invaluable for me Mr Ncube. Thank you yet again for the exceptional work. I look forward to next week's bill of your show. Cheers. I am going to watch this interview again tomorrow.

First and foremost, thanks Trevor, i always find your conversations enlightening and going beyond the veil of ignorance that at times we possess as people. I like how Mr Zireva is frank and fearless and speaks his mind. A few things i learnt and liked: 1. His leadership style of having an open door policy, if someone want to meet an MD or CEO, that person would surely be convinced something is wrong and it needs his attention. 2. Being an authentic person in a chaotic country is problematic, however remain principled. 3. As a human rights student myself and potential leader in the field, i put the advice he was also given during his fishing trip, ANYONE CAN BE A CANDIDATE OF THE STATE BECAUSE OF YOUR POSITION (position of authority). Thanks Trevor your content makes spending time on the internet a worthwhile. One day is one day i will be a guest of In Conversation with Trevor.
