Newbie to Incoterms. Why would you drew risks and costs of delivery to port/place & export clearance to seller if you said The buyer is responsible for transportation fee from seller’s place to buyer’s selected place. I thought all the risks and costs are free for seller once they handed the goods to carrier?

There are errors in both charts, plus they are too simplistic and not accurate. Important errors in describing each of the rules. Note that despite the graphics erroneously showing containers on the ships, FAS/FOB/CFR/CIF rules are unsuitable for containers. The recommendations for new importers are misleading too.
